- Lite Ferries Corporation – 11hrs trip with a stop over in Tagbilaran, Bohol to Larena Port, Siquijor. Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday ETD (Cebu Pier 1) 1:00pm.
- Maayo Shipping – from Liloan, Santader, Cebu (3 hrs drive South of Cebu) going to Larena, Siquijor Travel time is 3 hrs ETD Liloan 2:00am Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday.
By Bus via Dumaguete City
Ceres Bus from Cebu South Bus Terminal to Dumaguete City takes around 5hrs. First trip is at 6:00am and last trip 11:00pm.
From Dumaguete City

Ocean Jet Fast Ferry – 45min trip from Dumaguete port to Siquijor Port Schedules 7:20am and 6:00pm.
Aleson & Montenegro Shipping – 2hrs trip from Dumaguete Port going to Siquijor Port. Schedules 8:00am, 10:00am, 12:00nn & 6:00pm.
