FAQ
1. What should you wear?
Choose sporty and comfortable clothes. Wearing not too tight-fitting casual clothing for this adventure is preferred. Shoes should be sturdy and with no hooks, ideally rubber shoes. Boots, flip-flops, sandals, open-toe or heeled/platform shoes are not suitable for skydiving. If you don’t bring shoes onsite, you can borrow our shoes available for everyone. We will provide you with skydive goggles, which can accommodate normal-sized glasses, for your jump if needed.
2. Do you need to eat before skydiving?
Don’t eat a heavy meal right before your jump. It’s important to eat light meals to avoid hypoglycemic episodes before the skydive like crackers, chocolate, juice and drink water. Skydiving requires a clear head, drinking alcohol and other illegal substances are strictly prohibited as this activity requires mental alertness.
3. Do I need to be physically fit before skydiving?
Yes! Skydiving is an extreme sport where you need to be physically and mentally prepared. Doing cardio and some weights weeks before your jump is a bonus to really enjoy the activity. If you have special medical concerns such as hearing loss/problem, comorbidities like hypertension and diabetes, and other medical illnesses, please secure a clearance from your doctor and present to us your medical certificate stating you are cleared to skydive. You will be signing a waiver stating that the company will not be liable to any circumstances that can happen during the activity.
4. What are the requirements before skydiving?
If you are under 18 years, you must bring parental consent. Kids are assessed by our licensed instructors onsite if they can fit into the harness. Everyone who’s going to jump must bring a valid photo ID that states your age. Anyone over 90kg needs approval from the instructor onsite & there’s an extra charge of ₱2,500. It is mandatory that you should wait at least 24hrs after any scuba diving before skydiving.
5. What should you expect?
The entire experience can take around 3 hours starting from the registration upon arrival to final jump and releasing of certificates, photos and edited videos. Skydiving is weather dependent and we’ll advise you as soon as anything changes. Best weather to pray for is the blue sky! Please be in the island at least 1 day before and stay 1 day after your scheduled skydive just to have extra time in case the weather changes. If you can’t jump due to weather conditions, you’ll get a full refund of the payment you made.
6. What if I changed my mind and don’t want to jump?
If your schedule was cancelled due to weather conditions or unforeseen scenario on the company’s technical part, you will get a full refund or may opt to reschedule. If you cancel due to personal reasons, you will not get a refund of your reservation but you can transfer it to another person or use it for rescheduling within 12 months from the date of payment. If you change your mind while inside the plane before jumping out, we will respect your wishes, but so you know, you will not get a full refund of the total payment.
